Richard is the third generation of the Bridger family to farm in the heart of the Weald of Kent; there have been Bridgers in Brenchley for almost a century.

The orchards today are still in a similar pattern to when Richard’s grandfather started out, small areas of trees, well protected with windbreaks creating the perfect growing conditions for delicious British apples
